Wildcat baseball fans could sense it was going to be a good day for Madill when leadoff batter Corbin Larason laced a single to center that eventually brought the junior around to score through Tishomingo errors. That one run proved to be all the 'Cats needed to close out an 8-0 win over the Indians in five innings Friday evening on the road. Devon Chapa logged the shut-out victory from the mound. The 'Cats plated six runs in the top of the fourth inning with hits from Traven Bagley, Jared Williams and Chapa. Chapa and the Madill defense limited Tish to no base runners in their half of the fourth. Taber Bagley scored in the second inning on a sacrifice fly from Chapa after he and Larason singled in the frame. Raygan Dodd and Chapa added a single in the top of the fifth, but did not score.
