Faculty, Staff Preparing for New Academic Year with Meetings Through Monday

Madill faculty and staff have returned to campus for professional development meetings before classes begin for students on Aug. 19. Superintendent Jon Tuck kicked off the session Wednesday morning by welcoming back the staff for another academic year. Professional development meetings cover a wide range of educational topics and serve to equip the staff with the knowledge necessary to carry out responsibilities in the new academic year. Several local businesses and churches help by furnishing meals. Meetings continue through Aug. 18. The students start back to class Aug. 19
