Shadow Marris' single in the bottom of the fifth inning plated two runs to put the finishing touches on the Wildcat baseball team's 8-0 shutout victory over Marietta Tuesday night. Madill junior hurler Gage Goff took to the mound and held the Indians to five straight scoreless frames for the win. The now 3-0 'Cats scored three runs in the first inning, two runs in the second and one in the bottom of the third frame in Tuesday's triumph. Madill hits the road on March 15 to face the Plainview Indians.
