Lady 'Cats Launch New Softball Campaign with Win Against Durant

The Madill Lady Wildcats began the 2014 softball regular season today with 5-3 win at Tom Reynolds Field over Durant. Madill essentially scored the winning runs in the bottom of the opening frame. They plated three Lady 'Cats for the early 3-0 edge. Madill held off a late Lady Lion threat for the two-run victory Monday afternoon, Junior Ali Selvy chalked up the win from the circle.
