Andrew Neese tied for first place in the 145-pound class in 3A Friday at the state powerlifting meet at Norman North Friday (March 11) . Traven Bagley (132) took second place in 3A. Bagley's bench press of 235 pounds Friday was the best in the class and set a new personal best record and school record. Anatolio Ibarra picked up second place in the 157-pound division of 3A and captured his fifth Outstanding Bench Press Lifter honor in a row in the lightweight division. Houston Barthold finished fifth in the 181-pound class of 3A. Danny Sanchez was seventh in 3A in the 198-pound category. Treven LeBlanc was eighth in Class 3A in the 145-pound class. Micah Cooper (198) finished 11th in Class 3A. Robert King took 11th in Class 3A in the 242-pound division. Madill competes in the large school division. That encompasses Class 3A to Class 6A. Ibarra was third in the large school division. Neese finished fourth in the large school division. Bagley was eighth in the large school category. Sanchez was 11th in the large school division. Bathold was 13th in the the large school group. LeBlanc was 15th in the large school division. Cooper was 17th in the large school class. King wrapped up 19th in the large school division. |
