What Makes a Healthy Snack?

Foods must meet the following requirements to be called healthy.
  • snack item less than 200 calories
  • sodium limit must be less than 230 mg
  • total fat limit must be less than 35% of calories
  • sugar must be 35% or less of weight from total sugars
