What Makes a Healthy Snack?
Foods must meet the following requirements to be called healthy.
snack item less than 200 calories
sodium limit must be less than 230 mg
total fat limit must be less than 35% of calories
sugar must be 35% or less of weight from total sugars
Please help us by sending only healthy snacks with your child.
