A Flu Clinic has been scheduled for Madill staff members on Thursday, October 8th. The vaccination clinic will begin at ECC at 8:00 a.m. and rotate to elementary, the administration building (MS will get vaccinations at administration building) and then to HS. Health Choice insurance covers the flu vaccination. Paper work will need to be completed in advance. Building principals will have this paperwork or it can be picked up from Joanna Tuck at the administration building. Staff members with plans other than Health Choice must verify that the flu vaccination is covered under their policies. Margaret Perkins will administer the flu shot again this year. You may go by Corner Drug to get the flu vaccination at any time. Also you may go to any site on October 8th to get the vaccination. Please contact Joanna Tuck if you have questions.
